Linde Lane Tearoom
This is my 15th trip to this wonderful Tea Room, I am frequently at meetings in Dixon or working lunches and Linde Lane Tearoom is always my #1 choice. But on this particular day we had the distinct pleasure of meeting the owner Kristina, what an awesome lady. She took us on a tour of her Dental Office upstairs and I must say the decor is an extension of downstairs. I have always been fascinated with this tearoom because I spent 20 years in he United States Air Force and 'high tea' was a tradition in England also I have been to various tearooms in the bay area and none compare to this. I just had to ask Kristina 'where did you get the idea for this facility' and very patiently she explained it was a 6 year dream of hers. The story was so beautiful, I think Kristina should include the story in the menu. I love watching people come in and the expressions on their faces. She has a shoe in her office upstairs and I will be duplicating that concept for our Banks 100th Year Christmas Dinner/Dance - Thank You Again Kristina for the wonderful tour and your loving personality. I missed Michelle that day, but Lourdis and Jeanette where there, wonderful ladies.
