The Talking Teacup
On the good advice of a tea drinking, food loving friend, my daughter, mother and I visited this Tea Room this past saturday. It was nothing short of a fantastic Tea Time. We went with high expectations, enjoyed the best High Tea and completly enjoyed ourselves as well as the chit chat with the server and in the lovely gift shop with the owner's husband. The Tea was prepared perfectly and the Tea Menu was well organized and informative. I can understand why this tea room was selected Best of Philly and rated so high on this site. While we were there, every table was occupied and a little girl's birthday tea party was being held upstairs. During our visit, we felt welcomed, were encouraged to relax and my daughter was even allowed to visit the up stairs dress up room after the little girl's tea party was over. Thank you Teacup, we'll be back...soon..
