When in Frederick, after a morning/afternoon of shopping, afternoon tea at Serenity Tearoom is the BEST way to reward yourself. In fact, use Serenity Tearoom as an excuse to go to Frederick! You won't be disappointed with the shops. You'll find new, old, antique, cutting edge. And parking costs only $1 on a Saturday (and it is conveniently located behind all the shops and near Serenity Tea). Serenity Tea is unique....the most 'English' style of tearoom you'll find...Washington DC doesn't have a place like this!
