The Dusty Rose Tea Room
Recently my husband and I stopped by The Dusty Rose Tea Room on a whim. Not knowing what to expect we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and saw this adorably decorated tea room and Victorian clad lady welcoming us with a warm smile. We were given a choice of tables and selected the High Tea which included a delicious soup or salad, a three tiered plated assortment of savory to sweet items, and a choice of tea from a list of 31. I thoroughly enjoyed the Pear Lavender tea while my husband's selection of Earl Grey was a perfect accompaniment too. Before our food arrived we were given the opportunity to select our own tea cup, wear period hats and checkout postcards from the turn of the century. Throughout the tea we were entertained and catered to our every need by friendly staff. We highly recommend this amazing experience and look forward to going again. It would be a perfect place to celebrate a special event with family and friends.
