My wife and I are retired, and we have stopped in on occasion and it has always been a good experience. I'm a retired attorney, and I feel a need to comment on Jill Sexton's unusual review below. What an amazing tirade. It had nothing to do with the food or service at the tearoom, apparently Ms. Sexton had an alleged unsatisfactory experience with an estate sale. I'm going to offer some advice as a retired attorney. Ms. Sexton, go ahead and file all those complaints you went on and on about...The BBB, MO Attorney General, the United Nations (just kidding). When you write a review that is just totally off the deep end, you leave yourself open to a defamation lawsuit. I would like to advise you to calm down, but you are obviously way beyond any capability of rational thought. Maybe I'll run into you at the tearoom, I would be happy to buy you a cup of tea.
