Promont House Museum
The Hawthorn Club met there December 8, 2009, for our Christmas meeting with a lovely tea and guided tour of the house. We were 25, including 6 guests, 4 of whom joined the club on the spot! The house decorations and the decorated cakes and sandwiches were quite special, and in such an atmosphere, a wonderful time was had by all. The members were incredulous that all that we enjoyed had been created by volunteers!
