Sorry but I am not a paid reviewer or a friend or the owner him/herself . So, here's the truth: starbucks has better tea. Plus this place is very dusty.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You must have had a very disappointing experience. Our policy is to remake a customers tea on the spot if they are not completely happy with it.
Our stores are cleaned throughout each day and if there is anything that needs attention please do bring it to our attention.
I hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you again and if you are not 100% delighted to immediately bring it to our attention in the store so that we can correct.
