set up a tea for a group and was embarrased that the price quoted over the phone was not what we were charged after the tea. Was promised a talk on tea for the ladies and never had that either. The food was tasty though. Not a very friendly atmosphere, and not very accomodating for a group. Was so dissapointed, had to find other tea houses for our group of Mothers. sorry
Wow! When was your group in? I am always more than happy to speak to groups on tea. We are always responsive to customer complaints, however cannot remedy things if we don't know there's a problem! I was not made aware of any pricing discrepancies nor that a group was in that wanted a tea talk. I'm also curious why you felt the atmosphere was not friendly. We get compliments from many customers regularly about our warm, friendly service. If an employee treated you rudely or in an unfriendly manner, I definitely want to know about it.
