WOULD YOU ALL PLEASE STOP WITH THE RELIGIOUS COMMENTS!!!! I don't personally know the owner...I don't even care about the owner...I don't care about religion, but I will say this...THE ENGLISH ROSE IS THE BEST!!!!! TRADER JOES? Sorry, but you're WRONG!!! I've been coming here for tea for 2 years and the menu is always different, always inventive. I shop at Trader Joe's once a week and if they sold her stuff at Trader Joe's, I'd be buying it myself. The tea is deliciously prepared. The staff can be friendly at times, stuffy at others. It just depends on who is there during the week/weekend. I have been to tea so many places in the Bay Area and the English Rose is, by far, the best. Forget the crazy people who ramble on about pro-life, pro-choice and all that other crazy stuff. Go to the English Rose. If you stop shopping at every place where the owner supports something you don't agree with...heck, you'll be back to the olden days of making your own clothes, tilling your own soil and dying from small pox because you're too afraid to go to the doctor who is Muslim!!
