    It was a very nice meal, a most interesting selection of foods. Very pleasant atmosphere. I would like the recipe for the cantalope bread.

    Glad you enjoyed the Tea. Cantaloupe Bread:<BR> 2 c sugar; 3 eggs; 2 c pureed cantaloupe; 1 T vanilla; 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Baking soda; 3/4 tsp Baking powder; 2 tsp cinnamon; 1 tsp ginger; 1 c vegetable oil; 3 cups of flour. Mix liquids; add dry ingredients till moist and bake in 2 oiled loaf pans at 325 for 1 hr or till done. Makes 3 doz large muffins - cook 30 mins or 5 doz mini muffins - cook 15 mins; or 4 mini loaves - cook 18 minutes. Add pecans if you like, or top with light frosting. Good luck.
