The English Rose Tea Room and Gifts
My 12 year old daughter and I discovered the English Rose about a year ago and have been visiting once a month since. It is always a special occasion. The staff is always wonderful, very kind and helpful and very knowledgeable about the teas and the menu. The food is very good. There is a new menu about every month. It includes tea sandwiches, small tarts, fresh fruit and wonderful small sweets, including petit fours. We usually go around lunchtime and always leave well satisfied. The atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing. The decor is adorable, lots of pink and roses, always fresh roses on the tables and the food servers. Small towels are brought to the tables to freshen up with and scented lotion after the tea. If you have a chance do visit the English Rose. You won't be disappointed.
