Tea Upon Chatsworth
I am very upset with the way my daughter and I were treated by Tea Upon Chatsworth. My daughter made reservations two weeks prior to our tea which you would think is ample time. But unfortunately mamagement to make more money opted to bump us for a large party. I live two hours away and this was to be our Mother's Day treat. My husband also felt bad for us and was mad. I have visited several times with my daughter and had found it to be a enjoyable experience and lovely food. While the food is certainly important the service is what makes the experience and sadly Tea Upon Chatsworth lacks. I just hope that the party that ruined our day has a wonderful time on our behalf. Also the last time we were there they had changed te menu which is fine but I feel it is too trendy and not in keeping with traditional teas. You would be better served to change to a bistro type of restaurant.
