Serenity Tearoom & Fine Dining
This is an outstanding tea experience. The excellence of the tea, and detailed presentation of delicate and delicious finger foods arrayed on a charming three-tiered platter was equalled only by the intelligent and cheerful disposition of the owner. May this little gem of a tearoom prosper. My friend and I sat at a window table, overlooking East Patrick St., the major shopping street in Frederick, which on this Friday afternoon was alive with passers-by enjoying the beautiful day, and on the inside, some very fine tea. Notable: There was a bouquet of fresh flowers at every table.
