Tea is good, and if you're into natural foods it's tasty. However, the service is awful. Don't expect a pleasant experience with the waitstaff. The thought of dealing with the servers again - and I've been more than once - makes me shudder. You want service, quality food, and great tea and are willing to pay for it? Go to the St. Regis. Call first! I love that place!
The scones are delicious - be sure to ask for more devonshire cream - and the tea is good. The decor is charming. My only complaint is the somewhat flighty and inattentive servers. I enjoyed the baked goods so much that I decided to order a wedding cake as a practice run for my wedding. BAD MOVE. While beautiful, the cake was dry, crumbly, and unfit to serve. The store refunded 50% of my money, so that's good. It's just a shame that I still have to keep looking for a decent baker.
