I didn't go to eat but attending a free class offered on Saturday. The owner, Charla, presented the class for one hour and did an excellent job. She gave a one dish recipe which had been in her family for many years. It was a biscuit recipe which you can make five different dishes from. This was a treasured hour for me. She presented four dishes all in one hour's time and each dish was very yummy. I told her I thought she should present some classes where one can pay a nominal fee to cover her costs. Thanks Charla for the wonderful recipe and your desire to share tips that most people won't tell you about.
