Serenity Tearoom & Fine Dining
I have been to several tea rooms, including the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Washington, DC and have always left hungry. For the FIRST time, that did not happen after my visit at the Serenity Tearoom. The food, most notably the soup, tea sandwiches, and scones, was outstanding. And, the tea selection was spectacular.
