I really don't know anything about the variety or artistry of the tea since I arrived late to the event I was attending. As a coffee drinker I thought the tea was very enjoyable and I drank several cups. I have never been to a tea room before and I thought the ambiance was sweet and fun. We were in the 'Gone with the Wind' room and it was lovely. The presentation of the room and the food was awesome! We had soup to start. I had the tomato basil which was good. A bit sweet, I thought it could use parmesan cheese but it wasn't a deal breaker. For the following course we were given a 4-tiered serving tray. The chicken salad on croissant was delicious (be careful if you are allergic to nuts as there are small chunks of walnut in it). The pimiento cheese in fillo cup was fun. The scones, oh the scones. We had white chocolate and cinnamon chip. I've eaten a lot of scones in my life and these were by far the best I've ever had. I even bought all the ones they had left to take home! Also included on the serving tray was a dill and cucumber finger sandwich, an individual cherry cheesecake, and a small German chocolate cake square. The presentation was just beautiful. Each plate, cup, serving dish, and serving utensil was unique. The staff were friendly and we were able to speak with not only our server but the owner and the chef as well; each person came to check in with us. All in all I am thoroughly impressed and will be introducing other friends to this sweet tea spot. What a hidden gem!!
