    I am the owner of The Sanctuary Tea Room and would like to respond to the 12/4/06 review from M Kiszely. The tea sandwiches (including the pb&J) were those selected by choice of the tour director John to maintain a lower cost. We did indeed have a tea water machine issue (which had an 80 degree temp), and we corrected as soon as we were told. Of the 40 folks on the tour, there were 10 we had to correct. I personally went around and apologized for problem and each person seemed satisfied. Tea Cups and saucers were at every place setting before they arrived, we apoligize the reviewers was missing and for the fact that they had to ask twice. I was out and about checking on guests through out their stay. We certainly apoligize for the experience noted in the review but I was not told any of these issues by the reviewer that day or would have attempted to make it right with them then. Those that I talked to seemed happy and satisfied and said they enjoyed the experience. We cannot correct an issue for a guest if we are not told. From the other 14 reviews I am sure all readers can see this guests experience was certainly not only rare but the only one so far in our experiences. If the reviewer would connect us we will certainly attempt to make it right. We want for each guest to have a pleasant enjoyable experience, and are sorry we were not given the oppurtunity to correct the reviewers experience at the time.
