Tea On The Tiber
I return every summer with my mom to start my summer vacation,and I'm never disappointed. The servers are lovely, and the food is always different and interesting. The added treat of strolling through Ellicot City shops makes for a great day.

The Front Porch Tea Room
The owner was wonderful, and the room was very clever. The food was plentiful and delicious.
