Mitties Restaurant and Tea Room
I came by on Saturday at 3:30 for a pot of tea and was told they were closed due to lack of food. I indicated I only wanted a pot of tea and was told that would be fine, and was seated. Three minutes after my tea arrived, I was told they were closing. I gulped down my tea and got out my credit card, only to be told the credit card machine was broken. I had no cash on me, so the loose lemongrasss tea I had selected to take home with me was unceremoniously removed from the table. What a terrible experience. I was horrified. I will never return, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.
