Serenity Tearoom & Fine Dining
I absolutely loved this tearoom in historic Frederick. I am visiting from CA and found this tearoom online and after reading the reviews, decided to take my daughter. It was so enjoyable I would recommend it to anyone visiting this area. Blanch was the most gracious hostess and her menu was fantastic. The food was delicious with sandwiches, scones, and jams that can't be beat. I would recommend this tearoom highly.
