Sweet Afton Tea Room and Restaurant
My mom used to take me to Sweet Afton tea room after school during my high school years in Livonia. It would be a refreshing break between school and tennis practice, or just a time to spend some time together. I fell in love with Sweet Afton's wonderful tea sandwiches. Because of these special times spent at Sweet Afton's, my mom and sister recently planned my 22nd Birthday party with the ladies of the family at Sweet Afton tea room. I was able to gather with my 81-year-old grandmother, aunts, and younger cousins for a ladies' evening out together. I love the atmosphere at this tea room, allowing us to visit, relax, eat wonderful food, and drink fabulous tea. The owners couldn't have been more welcoming or accomodating in finding a time for us to make reservations. I highly recommend this tea room to everyone. You will not be disappointed. I feel very blessed that I was able to celebrate a special occasion with several generations together at Sweet Afton!
