The Dusty Rose Tea Room
This was our second visit to the Dusty Rose Tea Room, both times for my daughter's birthday. This year was her 21st birthday and the Dusty Rose Tea Room was where she chose to celebrate! Jeannette is so kind and accommodating, even when we accidentally showed up 2 hours early for our reservation! The food served is so delicious and we loved the history included in the preparation of it. Take a look at the menu, everything we ate was above standard!! The tea was exceptional, and we loved that we could have any variety of beverages that we wanted. We tried at least 4 different types of hot tea. Every one better than the previous one. It was so relaxing and fun to sit and visit and look at all of the wonderful things Jeannette has on display in the tea room and also after tea, in her miniature shop. The drive to Georgetown is nice and we would frequent the tea room more often if we could. I will definitely be back, hopefully next time in the summer or fall when the weather is nicer! Thank you Jeannette for the picture of us you took and gave to my daughter for her birthday, to add to the one from last year! You are amazing!
