Serenity Tearoom & Fine Dining
After visiting Serenity Tearoom this past weekend, all I have done since is brag to my friends in Alexandria of how well everything was. This was my first tea and I hope to visit again with family and friends. Blanch has such a beautiful personality and passion that it comes out in everything she prepares and serves. This is definitely the place to be!
