Simpson House Tea Room
The atmosphere of Simpson House tea room is refined and welcoming. The main room is open and airy — always a refreshing place for having lunch. Look around you, and you will notice beautiful art work not only in the paintings but sketched on the walls and tea cups that decorate and light up the surroundings. It is a relaxing place and an escape from the commotion of everyday life. This is a good place to try whole leaf tea - there is a huge variety. Every tea I have tried was true to the description on the menu. The food is incredible and in just the right proportions. The most delicious scones are served here, with all the trimmings. Every time I have come here the staff have always been kind and attentive. I highly recommend this tea room to those who appreciate tea traditions and a beautiful relaxing atmosphere.
