Serenity Tearoom & Fine Dining
My friend and I had tea here this afternoon. What a wonderful surprise to find such a delightful tearoom in Frederick Maryland. The room is cozy and warm. The food was fabulous and more than we could eat. We took the extras home with us. The owner is so pleasant. We will definitely eat here again.
