My sister and I had a fantastic time at Tanalee's! The ladies were very inviting, and so friendly that we felt like regulars. The food was fantastically light, but filling. I rode all the way back to College Station with my pants unbuttoned. Although I could have stopped eating and drinking at any time, I just didn't want to. The currant tea that was suggested was delicious, and I added it to my list of things I love. The whimsical feeling of the teahouse was the perfect setting for a perfect afternoon. We've decided to drive down to Bastrop once a month for tea.
