I've been buying loose-leaf tea and tea paraphernalia at Sensibiliteas since it opened, and I have never been disappointed with the tea or with the service. Donna is a font of information about all of her amazing varieties of tea, and her staff is extremely well-trained. They're willing to mix varieties if you request it (I'm particularly fond of mixing lime-ginger rooibus, lemon myrtle, and tulsi; wonderful hot or cold with a slice of lime). Its location in the eclectic Shirt Factory is a definite plus!
