Serenity Tearoom & Fine Dining
Walking into Serenity Tearoom is like being immediately transported into an English countryside manor. My co-workers took me here in honor of my upcoming wedding and a relaxing time was had by all in spite of a music festival merely a block away. The variety of teas is amazing and the food is quite filling. The clotted cream is rich and wonderful. And the china is flat out gorgeous. My one word of caution has nothing to do with Serentiy; if you're not familiar with downtown Frederick make sure you're aware of when streets will be blocked off for special events as parking can be a bit of a hassle.
