High Tea Cottage
A truly wonderful experience celebrating my Grand-daughter's 12th birthday. Ms. McGrath, the owner manager is a very hands on person. She and her staff saw to it that our Hi Tea was memorable. The choice of teas she recommended for our group was perfect. We were brought the huge jars to experience the smell first. Our Royal High Tea began with lovely tea sandwiches, followed by vegeterian Quiche then on to the best scones served beautifully with cream and delicious preserves. At that time, we were served sparkling cider in Champagne flutes then a lovely treat of just baked petite ginger cake. Throughout, new pots of hot tea of different varieties were served and we had fun deciding which was our favorite. After a luxurious relaxing two hours, beautiful dishes of sweet morsels (a sampling of at least 6 unique petite desserts of cake, berries, cream, chocolate all of which were delicious and beautifully presented. I received messages from my grand-daughter and her friends attesting to the wonderful experience we all had at High Tea Cottage. We'll be back. Roberta January 5,2009
