It's official, I have found the best teahouse in the San Fernando Valley!! Everything about this teahouse is absolutely charming and inviting, that is inclusive of the two owners - Jenn and Ken. They greated us with open arms and immediately made us feel at home. After glancing at the menu, we opted to go with the Royal High Tea which is served on Lady Hamilton China and comes with a story based on the china's history. Everything about the experience was spectacular - the sandwiches were fresh, the scones were baked to perfection, the jams were homemade, the quiche was delightful, the assortment of desserts were unbelievable and the ginger cake.. out of this world. The ginger cake was worth the price of the entire tea. You must try this heavenly pastry. All in all the experience was first class. Our tea cups were never empty, the pot was ALWAYS refilled and we never needed to ask for anything. Someone was always there to assist. We were treated like guests, not like customers. My party was there for hours and not once did we feel pressured to surrender the table. It was made very clear that we were to sit back, enjoy ourselves and enjoy the ceremony of high tea. I can't wait to return and do it all over again!!
