Tea On The Tiber
I am the mom who took her daughter to Tea on the Tiber for her birthday. What a wonderful time we had, from the minute we walked in the door until the time came to leave. I read the reviews that were posted and the vast majority had only good things to say. I read the review from Charlene and to be honest, I think it was some kind of grudge review and not honest in any way. The service was excellent, the hostess was charming, the waitress as nice as she could be and the food was outstanding. She explained all of the teas and I got raspberry ice tea which was delicious. She would check up on us, but never to the point of being annoying. My daughter found the big bow on her chair and the candle in her cake so nice. We especially loved the decor. Victorian is so charming and just for a little while you could forget all the cares of the world and pretend you were somehow sent back in time. Would we go back again? We sure would.
