Serenity Tearoom & Fine Dining
I visited Serenity with a group of moms and we had a lovely time. Not only was the food delicious, it was BEAUTIFUL! The teas (I had hot cinnamon spice and scottish breakfast) were lovely as well. One of the moms had a valentine tea (with chocolate and floral notes) and it was delicious as well and very unique. I liked that we could choose to have different teas instead of only ordering one kind per person. The homemade jam was delicious and the cashew chicken salad was the most popular sandwich among our group. I am anxious to bring my female family members to afternoon tea. While there were men there as well, this place seems to evoke a truly feminine feel and experience. Definitely a nice place for a ladies day out. My only complaint was that it was very warm in the dining room, and drinking hot tea on top of that was a little uncomfortable. But it may have been so warm because the room was quite busy with customers. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and were pleased to be able to take some of our tea experience home by purchasing items from the gift shop. Loose teas are very reasonably priced and the ladies who work there are so friendly and accomodating. Overall, a wonderful experience! Thank you Serenity Tea Room!
