The Royal Tea Room & Restaurant
The down fall was, it seems that the owner has her grandchildren there. This was not our first time either, and had hoped that the children would not be there yet again. These children are allowed to run and ripe through this place without regard of it being a place of business. When we voiced our feelings to our waitress, who happened to be the mother of the children, told us we were free to leave if we wanted to.
