Promont House Museum
Tables covered with lovely embroidered linens, beautiful crystal, silver and china place settings awaited our arrival for an afternoon tea luncheon in late January. Ashby's of London Christmas Spice Tea was a served throughout our visit. Our meal featured a creamy tomato basil bisque, a salad of the freshest greens topped with grilled pineapple fans, blueberries and sliced avocado and quiche. A variety of delectable mini desserts completed the meal. Our hosts truly made us feel welcome during our tea luncheon and the fascinating tour of the Promont House.
