Serenity Tearoom & Fine Dining
Five us had tea at Serenity and enjoyed every minute. It was a perfect experience. The service far exceeded excellent. We truly appreciated the Christian atmosphere. God has blessed us with the lovely owner. I just wish I lived in Frederick so I could go there every week.
