Souvia Tea Phoenix
I visited Souvia in early April, only a few months after their opening in January and found myself in a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere, surrounded by the kindest and most knowledgable tea afficianados who, rather than intimidate, are eager to serve and share their passion for wonderful tea...and wonderful tea it is! The variety and quality is something I've never experienced before and have thoroughly enjoyed. I've taken a class, learned how easy it is to make really good tea at home, made new friends with the sweet staff, and I now go as often as I can. The Wingerts have brought not only a new level of tea drinking, education, and enjoyment to Phoenix...but a whole new level to the exerience of taking tea.
