The Tea Party
I spend as much time at the Oregon coast as I can, and usually stay at the Sylvia Beach Hotel when I am in Newport, which is about a block away from this delightful teahouse. So, it makes it so convenient to take tea at this wonderful tearoom. A sweet, intimate shop with excellent service and delicious teas. My favorite was the strawberry tea. The scones and sweets are a delight. Nice collection of tea paraphanalia as well. Once when I was there, a group of little girls were having a wonderful tea party, all dressed up in hats and fancy dresses, how fun to watch them. Be sure to stop by.
