Unfortunately the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience we have ever had. Went with wife and family for the first time. Half of the group ordered lunch the other half really was not hungry and we all ordered tea which was great. 15 min later the owner or manager came by the table and told us this was not a place to come and drink tea only and we either ordered lunch or we had to leave and drink tea somewhere else. Needless to say we were shocked. There was no compromise. Sad thing this was my day off from work and we had traveled over an hour to enjoy the tea experience. We we're never told about any particular rules regarding having to order lunch with the tea when we made reservations either. This owner was not interested in negotiating or pleasing the customer. She was only interested in the bottom line profit rather than the customer experience. Ironically we were going to buy likely two or three times as much on tea products that day. I have never rated a place so low but integrity and service are as important as the product itself and we consumers should demand such. Dont support this business mentality. Spend your time and money somewhere else.
