    Yummy food. Poor customer service. Needs a dress code and perhaps a no babies rule. Had a reservation. As we were seated we were told we had to hurry and finish for the next reservation which was 2 hours later. :/ Had to ask about the teas and were told they only have 3 varieties. Considering this is a tea house you would think they'd have a larger selection and an actual presentation. Does not respond to emails.

    We are very sorry that your reservation wasn't recognized upon your arrival. I do remember this incident, and we were able to seat you almost immediately. It is always our policy to ask the customer to whom they spoke with so we may insure that these types of mistakes are not repeated. It was in no way to blame you for our error and we are sorry if you felt that way. As far as a conversation regarding our Mother's Day Tea, we would never intentionally hang up on a perspective customer. Not sure how this happened. Thank you for the 4 stars for our food. We do appreciate your business and hate to lose it.
