Serenity Tearoom & Fine Dining
My friend and I gift each other with a tea and B&B stay for our Christmas treat. This year we visited Frederick MD. We started our gift with a Royal Tea at Serenity. From beginning to end, we were delighted with our choices. The menu includes so many flavors of tea. We had Assam and Scottish Breakfast black teas. We overheard another table order fried green tomatoes. Well we definitely couldn't pass up one of our favorite dishes. So we added the tomatoes to our menu. They were a perfect start. Then the Royal Tea began. We requested a veggie tea. The butternut squash soup was creamy and delicious. The salad was a nice portion. The sandwiches were beautifully made and delicious. Our best taste was the lime curd with the orange and cranberry scone. The flavors exploded in my mouth. If you want to have a delightful tea, I highly recommend Serenity. Next year, we plan to come by Serenity for a lunch.
