Elise's Tea Room
I visited on a Saturday as a party of one. I was not presented with silverware or a tea strainer. They had a large party and seemed overwhelmed. In addition, it appeared that kitchen staff was serving in the tea room as their aprons were dirty.
Tearoom response:
On Saturdays and Sundays we dedicate the tea room to reservations, whether they be large parties or small groups. We recommend that you make a reservation in order for us to prepare for your arrival and have a table set and ready for you. We do welcome walk-ins, however due to the high volume of people that reserve we may not have room or a table ready. We recommend you wait to be seated so we can insure you a set table. Our kitchen and staff are highly sanitary and meet all requirements of the health department. We handle food throughout the day, however we strive to keep our aprons clean. During our high volume hours a few spots may escape us, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
