The Peninsula
I went here around May 2007. The food was excellent and tea was excellent. They also replenish the sandwiches/tea cakes at no additional charge, if you wish to have more. Ambience is more formal than other tea rooms.

Pinecone Cottage Tea House
The food and tea at Pinecone Cottage was excellent! I anjoyed everything on the menu. The owners were very personable. They told me that they menu changes every month, therefore, it's tempting to come back each month to try out the new menus. This tea house has a really cozy atmosphere, which was an added plus.
