Tea On The Tiber
My BFF and I had Tea on July 13th Both of us was very disappointed from the time we entered the hostess area to be seated. The hostess was pushy and over bearing. They was music playing loud and was not music for a tea room. It was very depressing. We were the first people there on this day. The house was very charming. The food was very disappointing. The sones and cream was above average. The tea sandwiches was below average and I did not eat mine. We had a little tiny salad in a small sauce cup. All the deserts were bought and tasteless. None of the deserts were made on staff chef. The total quality was very disappointing. I felt that the hostess/ maybe the owner was out of her league in the Tea business. For the money spent I was expecting a lot more. I would not recommend this Tea Room to anyone and will not return. I am a big supporter of local business people but will not return. Try Gypsy Tea Room in Westminster. I give them an A.
