I booked a tea party for my daughter for her birthday When I got there I informed the staff on two occasions that I had never been to a tea room before and therefore knew nothing about the experience. I made reservations for lunch and was given the afternoon tea which was double the price they never verified reservations or explained anything. I had 6 4 yr olds with me so when I paid I gave a credit card never imagining I was being taken advantage of. When I got home and got on the website to verify what I thought happened, I then called to talk to the owner. She was not helpful and just said well you never said anything when the food was coming out, again stressing I explained I had never done this so I would not have known any different. Still just an oh well Im sorry. I will never visit this place again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else.
