Tea by Two
This is a delightful oasis in the heart of downtown Bel Air. Went with a friend just to find out what it was all about and have been coming back almost monthly for the past 3 years. The owners and staff are delightful and very helful. They make every visit a delight. There is a good selection of teas for your taste testing. The scones, sandwiches and sweets are quite heavenly. They offer a variety of quiches during the month along with a cranberry/nut salad. My friend and I try to visit often. They do offer Special Teas several times a year - such as for Mother's Day, Christmas and around St. Patrick's day. Reservations are most definitely needed.
