Our son and daughter-in-law took us here telling it was a special place Mom (me) would enjoy. I collect tea cups, teapots and fine china. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by Al and promptly seated at our reserved table. Our waitress was friendly and attentive to our needs. I enjoyed the Wellington which was very tasty. My husband's Tavern Sandwich was a simple hearty sandwich on a delicious roll. He loves good bread and said the bread tasted great. The tomato bisque soup was excellent. We also enjoyed our tea, served piping hot. Phyllis and Al both visited with us at our table and made sure our needs were being met. We were thankful we had left room for dessert. I had the bread pudding which was 'to die for'. Looking forward to another visit. Wish we lived closer so I could make memories here with my 4 girls and 7 granddaughters. We are thankful for the delightful experience of making memories with our son, daughter-in-law and 5 yr old granddaughter. Thanks, again, Al & Phyllis. We will tell our friends in Michigan about your great tea room. Looking forward to coming back when we visit again from Wisconsin.
