My mother and I had an excellent experience after dropping in with no reservation. The place was busy, but they were very accomodating. Food, service, everything, excellent. Thanks!

Sandy's is now one of our favorite places to go when we are in town. The tea selection is nice, but the organic and fresh foods are wonderful. A nice place to visit.

This place is more of a cafe than a tea room in the sense that the tea offering consisted of a couple of choices of bagged tea. I really was hoping for a nice selection of loose leaf teas. However, the food was excellent, the portions were huge, and the place is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable.

I loved Alice's! What a wonderful urban tea house! Great food selection, VERY healthy portions, great atmosphere- and the staff was very knowledgeable about teas. They were very busy, yet took the time to help us find just the right tea. I look forward to returning when I'm in NY again.

Wonderful tea room! I popped in without a reservation and Blanch was very welcoming. I was so impressed by the entire experience. The tea selection is very extensive. The decor is very classy and elegant. The golden raisin scones were THE best I've had, accompanied by WONDDERFUL lemon curd. Blanch also allows and encourages you to try a different type of tea for your second pot. The whole operation is a class act, and appropraitely named 'Serenity.' I live at least an hour away, but I can't wait to return!
