Lady Bedford's Tea Parlour
My husband and I were able to have tea at lady Bedford's today. It was a special event to hear more about Downton Abbey. The talk was fun and the food exceptional. A small dish of lobster bisque was our first course with a delightful assortment of savories and then sweets to follow. The cranberry scone was straight out of the oven and fantastic! Great experience!

The Pegg House Tea Room
The tea room was 'dressed' for fall this past Saturday and was very appealing. I especially liked the leaves under the glass table tops. We order the Pegg House Tea and it was just the right amount of variety and the scones were light and not crumbly -probably the best I've eaten. Friendly owner and accomodating staff. I'll go back when I have a chance!

Calabash Garden Tea Room
September, 2010-What a delightful tearoom and wonderful experience. The choice of teas was vast-something for everyone! I loved the food and the attention to detail (finger sandwich tied with raffia!)was a sure sign of the love the staff have for their tearoom. It was a very satisfying and calm tea and we will return.
